OUR AMBITION

For many years the charity has been housed in Boythorpe next to Queens Park. 

Whilst this is a very picturesque location it makes it challenging for people to visit us.

​

After much research over the past 18 months here is what the people we serve want most:-

  • Advice

  • A place to meet their friends

  • Activities to attend

​

ADVICE

We would like to enable expertise in the charity to offer advice on a variety of topics. 

​

To make that happen we need financial support to assist with:-

  • Training for our volunteers

  • Computer equipment

  • Employing a full-time advisor

 

Any donations that you may be able to help us with will mean that we can allocate funds urgently needed to make these ambitions real.

 

Older people often struggle to understand forms, documents and legislation. They need our help

A PLACE TO MEET THEIR FRIENDS

Getting people out of isolation means meeting up with people again.

​

Our ambitions here are to:-

  • Be able to provide transport

  • Secure a town centre location

  • Create a space for tea and coffee

​

Any donations you can support us with will go towards securing all these things.

​

Post Covid people are excited to be out and about again and we must work to make that happen.
