Compliments and Complaints
We all like to get compliments about what we do, but we all know that there are times when something goes wrong.
Feedback is important to all organisations so please tell us if we have done something well, but we also want to know about anything that goes wrong.
If you are concerned or unhappy with anything we have done please let us know?
In the first instance, please talk to the person you have dealt with, to either tell us what we have done well or to raise your concerns about something you are not happy with.. You can either write to the person or telephone on 01245 273333. If you feel that you cannot talk to the person you dealt with or you feel that you are not being listened to, then please put your concerns in writing. You can either write to the Chief Officer at South Lodge Boythorpe Avenue, Chesterfield S40 2BF marking the envelope Private and Confidential or email the Chief Officer on firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are still not satisfied with our response or you have a complaint about the Chief Officer then please write to the Chair of the Trustee Board at South Lodge, Boythorpe Avenue Chesterfield S40 2BF and mark the envelope Private and Confidential.
