Building on the success of the charity’s inaugural event in February this year the BrightLife Champions Against Loneliness Awards 2024 promises to be even bigger and better! The heart warming awards evening is to be hosted at the SMH Group Stadium, Chesterfield, on Saturday March 16th, 2024.
The BrightLife Champions Against Loneliness Awards is an awards evening and charitable event designed to acknowledge and celebrate those members of society - members of the public, businesses and charities - who have gone above and beyond in their actions to ensure that loneliness and isolation doesn’t occur amongst older people.
Through the sale of the event’s various sponsorship opportunities and ticket sales the event helps to raise much needed charitable funds for the charity while shining a light on the issue of loneliness and isolation amongst older people within our communities.
BrightLife is a small, local charity dedicated to preventing loneliness and isolation amongst older people living in Chesterfield, Bolsover and north east Derbyshire.
