If you yourself, or someone you know - be it a friend, neighbour, family, carer, medical professional, charity, or business - has shown real merit in preventing loneliness and isolation from occurring amongst older people living in Chesterfield, Bolsover and North East Derbyshire, then we want to hear from you!
We want to know who these champions are within our communities and we want to acknowledge and celebrate them at the BrightLife Champions Against Loneliness Awards on Friday, February 17th, 2023, at the Casa Hotel, Chesterfield. Winning entrants will each be presented with an award and receive two tickets to attend the awards evening which will also include a two course meal, followed by live music and entertainment.
Please note every application received will be entered into a prize draw to win a dinner for 2 at the Casa Hotel.
