Compliments & Complaints
At Age Concern Chesterfield and District (BrightLife) we like to receive compliments about the work we do, but more importantly, we know that there are times when we get things wrong.
Feedback is important to the charity, so please tell us if we have done something well — but, more importantly, tell the charity if we do something wrong. Unless we know we have done something you are unhappy with, we cannot correct the problem. If you are concerned or unhappy with anything the charity has done, please let us know.
In the first instance, please talk to the person you have dealt with, to either tell them what they have done well or to raise your concerns about something you are not happy with.
